Kinja'd!!!

I found this car and noticed the wheels. I thought, how "authentic" to use wheels from a past generation. A bit more digging and I find it's actually a concept from 1979, ten years before the Capri was released. WAT. Called the Ford XM.

Those wheels look identical to the ones on my dad's old 1979 Mitsubishi Sapporo GSX.

You're right.

Kinja'd!!!

Both 4-bolt. Same number of holes too. Think there might be a size difference though.

I can't remember what size they were but I remember we always had a hard time sourcing a new tyre when needed and the only ones that did were called Daytonas or something similar.

This one is identical to the one my dad had.

I loved that car if though it was metallic brown with cream corduroy seating.

God I miss her.
